Steve represented the owner-user in the sale of his 25,000 SF retail building on 3 acres at the corner of Hwy 20 and NW Arterial in Dubuque. The sale included negotiating a short-term sale/leaseback agreement and required the seller to facilitate the buyer's reverse 1031 exchange. The deal worked out well for both buyer and seller by allowing each the opportunity to expand their growing businesses.
