Steve Davis, CCIM
As a 20-year veteran of the local real estate & business community, Steve leverages his extensive network and market knowledge for the benefit of his valued clients. He specializes in commercial sales & leasing, land sales and development projects in Dubuque and the surrounding tri-state area.

Steve proudly earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2021 having substantiated an extensive portfolio of completed commercial, land and multifamily transactions. The designation allows Steve to deliver to his clients extensive resources and a diverse network of industry professionals in every corner of the country and around the world.
In addition to his role as Broker/Owner of Equity Real Estate, Steve volunteers as a CCIM Iowa Chapter Board Member, is the Immediate Past President of the Dubuque Community Y Board of Directors, is a Past President of The Rotary Club of Dubuque and is an active member of 100+ Men Who Care: Tri-State Area.
